League of Legends Match History

I need a team, where when i go 5-0 in my lane I don't get tp ganked by a 8-0 Darius. Also how do I raise my MMR So I don't get stuck with crappy teams every game? As you can see from my match history in the link I am 9/10 times positive and controlling objectives I am always stuck with people 0-8 EVERY SINGLE GAME. Please Riot make another league below bronze.
