Is there any way to report someone after game is dodged?

i want to report someone for how they acted in the champ select but the game was dodged so i couldn't report them using the after game report option.

lol seriously. RIOT gave us the opportunity to dodge for a reason. Losing LP doesn't affect your MMR. so any lost LP is temporary because future wins will generate more LP relative to losses losing LP (LP is based off of your hidden MMR and the gains of LP for wins and losses are based upon the hidden MMR).

So what I am trying to tell you is who cares if they are toxic in lobby. Just dodge and move on. Im forced to do it all the time, its not a big deal.
