Oh my god the amount of people who say it is toxic is cringy. I've heard CHAMPION VOICE LINES that have higher insult potential than "no balls". But this just goes to show that League of Legends has an epidemic of people with thin skins who want any form of classic competitive trash talk banned due to people getting far too offended.

I play in the division where flash is almost exclusively used defensively. So NO, it is not toxic and almost always justified.
