Can we do something about everyone being so toxic it makes a 9/10 game go to a 2/10 game seriosuly?

I just feel league needs to take chat bm more seriously or something because its annoying walking into a game just to get bm'ed all game, kidding or not its slightly annoying when its in EVERY game. most people say just mute them or deal with it granted yes i can mute them but its pointless to mute the whole team, wheres the communication? ive dealt with it for past couple years its just starting to get irritating and i wish riot would do something about it granted they cant do much but every little bit counts. :/

I blame it on the lack of community. If riot created some sort of guild or clan system this problem would largely diminish.

Yes, here is my suggestion:

Riot should sell a USB-powered spring-loaded punching-glove with a camera.
In order to play LoL, you must have it plugged in and aimed at your face appropriately. (The camera is used to verify it is set up properly.)
If it is disconnected or moved such that it isn't aimed properly, you disconnect from LoL (and leaverbuster will get you)
If the majority of your team votes to do so, the glove will punch you in the face. (Limited to once every few minutes.)
Would need to figure out some way to stop pre-mades of 4 from repeatedly beating the 5th guy.

Riot would have to ban every single player if they punished chat bm. Everyone at some point bms, just dont get so butthurt over it and ur 9/10 game will still be a 9/10.

rank peoples toxicity, right or wrong, rank it. if you get reported frequently, you get to play with others that get reported frequently. your not banned, you will just wish you were.

A less dramatic version would be to favor putting "honorable opponents" into the same game with each other.

lets be honest, how are they supposed to do that in anyway but the repport system? the only thing I think is that they need to make it so they can see the pre/post game chat and add a "Troll Q" like dota has, where all the people who have been reported a lot MUST play for a certain number of games.
