leauge wont run please help!

so i've playing league for almost a year now and the game is good so far, i have no problem with playing whatsover except for my slow internet. but last night as i was updating my game, the net is slow running at almost 15 kbps on download speed. i closed the patcher hoping that the game would download fast again and did that for like 3 to 5 times because i did that before and the game will patch fine after. when i opened the patcher for the 5th time, the download was at 250 kbps but it was at 0:00 time and at 99% complete on 1/2. i EVEN TRIED REPAIRING BUT IT SAYS AN ERROR OCCURED. frustrated, i closed the patcher and waited until tomorrow that maybe it will work again. but today i patched the game again, but with the same problem. 250 kbps, still at 0:00 time and 99% complete. i uninstalled the game, and downloaded the installer again, but this time, the patcher will not open and it will be stuck on the game logo. I waited but it it won't respond and a window will appear that patcherkernel something is not responding. I tried uninstalling the game again, and even uninstalled the pando media booster. but still no luck. PLEASE HELP ME. ASAP. I WANT TO PLAY SO BAD :(((
