The local gamestop in my town got closed down. I just got home from their dumpster out back. A whole box of 20$ unused League of Legends RP cards. That is how we do it baby!

The cards were not activated. I had my friend's cousin scan them at his job at Best Buy. Gave him 100$ to do it.
Don't they have to be scanned in order to become active though?
Too bad they have to be scanned at the register first. As it says on the back of pretty much every prepaid card, "No value until activated at register".

Like IWrath said. I doubt those cards work because they need to be scanned. At least in my experience.
