i have enough to buy alot and need to decide should i: Buy rakan and xayah for me and my friend (not exactly sure i would like them but they seem really fun) or buy elementist lux (i dont play lux a whole lot but i feel i would player her more if i had this skin) Xayah and cosmo skin for me and rakan for friend i already have skins that i like for the heroes i own so idk

If you are iffy about the new champions, they will go on free rotation i believe the week after or two weeks after their release. As for Elementist Lux, its a great skin, but if i remember correctly its suppose to go on sale soon. So if anything wait till it goes on sale and save you some RP!
