much better ranking system

Ranked queue Idea Team builder seems to be a great idea, but team builder for ranked queue opens up so many more opportunities. League of legends ranking system seems more rewarding to for just winning and not for what you do. So I've come up with a idea for a better and much more rewarding system for players who play there role well in game. This system would reward players and or penalize for great moments or bad mistakes. In other games players are often reward for saving a teammate or capturing a enemy objective and much more (ex halo,cod,halo) this system will hopefully ease problems that cause players who do well in game but are set back due to losses. i myself in no way claim to be good i am just a bronze 3 support/adc but i have also encountered many games like this. So this is only a suggestion and all opinions are greatly accepted

How it works Captains enter teambuilder and select there champion then after the captain has selected his or her champion they will be sent to a bored in which they will create a meta setup of there choice then lock the captain well then get to choose from players close to his or her Elo and players that players that play the role in the selected meta. once a player is found her or she are then shown the current meta selection and current champion picks in party they then can accept or decline. players rewards will be distributed in game based upon class and teamwork in game a 8th item well be added base upon your role in the created meta in that slot you will receive a artifact that rewards you accordingly to your role (ex) Supports will receive the book of lifeguard Supports will be rewarded 1 points for assist but subtracted 2 points for a death if a teammate under 30% is healed or shielded while in battle the healing or shielding support gains 1 point. This way of points gain has a 30sec cd reward can also be scaled to 20% 2 points 10% 3 points. supports are not often known for being a carry class and will gain 1 point every 2 kills (carries 1 per kill). all teammates gain 1 point when a objective is captured such as baron or a enemy tower. If a team does not use a opportune moment to capture a objective they will be penalized 3 points each. There are more rewards for classes such as adc rewards for kiting and setup there is also a penalty for a adc not attempting to kite. Points should also be rewarded and subtracted for using or not using champion utility right.

Post game

Winning players are awarded Winning Lp while 50-100% of losing players in game points are put to the side those points will be subtract from Lp loss ex I have gained 22 in game points but loss the match also losing 22 Lp 50% of my in game reward covers my losses 50% of 22 =11 Lp=-22+11=-11 players that are negative in In game points receive full Lp loss players that Leave receive in game point penalty of -25 that will also be subtracted from there already accumulated Lp and Elo

What will I get if I win?

Players are given a lock box every other week containing a prize. Prizes range from a vault skin to boosters to loading screen borders points from winning games are used to buy keys to unlock these boxes

1 point should automatically be rewarded to the player that play the least played role in queue for the month

The point scheme presented is only a ex there are more losses and gains and more for each class

In-game performance k/d/a wise does not accurately affect someone's contribution to the win. Bringing in in-game LP rewards will bring in an innumerable amount of problems like ks'ing complaints, even more flaming for making even the slightest mistake and generally very exploitable and defined LP farming. Any in-game performance rewards will naturally and badly affect in-game decision making.

In-game replacements may sound like a good idea at first, but let me give you one situation in two lines of in-game chat:
---"Holy crap our adc sucks"
---"Let's get a new one, I'm sure anyone would be better than this bronzie"
See the problem this creates?


Bans, you have no way to address them. Not to mention playing a pick/ban champion and just waiting for a game that didn't ban them will be one of the very first exploits of this system.

In general, brainstorming is good so keep it up, but this one isn't going to fly sorry. :(
