Deadeye what i think

I think dead eye may have something to do with scars or imperfections if not an actual assassin marksman because zed is scarred mentally, sona is mute, garen lacks a drive in his heart, and as for vi i could right a good paragraph on the mental and physical abuse through her life as a petty criminal. not sure if this is right but that is what i think. another view on a possibility. also the "gunshots" could be something magical or spiritual. also thing to question what is with the flowers/petals? something to do with the champ/skin?
