Using in-game LOL recorder
is it possible to record games in the backgound using the in-game LOL recorder? Also, does it only record the lol sound or everything that is going on in your pc? thanks for your attention.

Not using the built in recorder, no. The built in recorder only records League's sound effects as well.
If you're looking to do more with video than that, I recommend you check out OBS. It can be used to stream, but it can also save to your computer too.
No, the LoL recorder isn't actually a video recorder, it's a record of the animations and such that went on during the game, hence why it takes SO MUCH ram.
