Looking for project ideas so I can get a job with Riot one day!

What's up guys and girls!

I'm a Business Administration student going on to my senior year and I'm looking for some project ideas I can start in order to impress the Rioters when its time for me to apply. I'm going to be looking at applying as an intern for next summer and then hopefully obtaining a career with them afterwards! I would love to work with the e-sports team or business development team.

I'm not very skilled in the technology area (Programming, editing, etc.) and I'm not very artistic but I'm a very smart, logical individual. And although I lack skills with programming and editing and such, I have a desire to learn these. In fact, I have started learning Python and Ruby, but I'm nothing more than an amateur at the moment.

I have ideas that I believe would help the e-sports scene, and the game as a whole. For example, some of these ideas would consist of incorporating different game modes in to allow players the chance at directly increases their in-game skills without having the pressure of losing the game, their lane, consuming too much time (waiting for flash or a skill to come off of cooldown) or any other negative consequence that could occur in your typical LoL game.

The only idea I have currently is to start a Youtube page where I would put up content that gives players tips on becoming a better player, sort of like what Foxdrop does. The only downside is that I have absolutely no idea where to start. But I am also a Diamond level player (despite my current loss spree) so I do believe my suggestions or ideas are credible. However, I do think Foxdrop is still 100 times better than me!

Basically what I'm looking for is a tangible project I can get my hands on. It can be something that takes a few days to get started and then has to be maintained (like a website) or it can be a long-term project that takes months to finish. It is my dream to work with Rioters in developing this amazing game, and I need your help to pursue this dream!
