Too many trolls playing ranked at the end of the season

Just lost a lot of incredible games, too many trolls playing ranked at the moment, I always try to cheer up, stay positive and help other lanes, in two weeks got demoted from gold to silver.. im freaking depressed.. I had teams like, ( ezreal jungle, cait top, gp adc, etc etc etc ).......... I don't deserve this :( I always report players, but people keep playing ranked just for trolling the rest of us who are trying to climb out.. I can't believe im playing with s3,s2 players in my mmr...

Please, ban the toxic players, they are destroyng this community.
