tl;dr: Played ranked today, got sick of playing with a team that did nothing but flame me. Said fuck it and left. Came back 3 hours later, and now I'm in a low priority 20 min queue for 5 games over a single leave. #ThanksRito.
(Obviously this post won't change anything, but I just needed to rant.)
This actually happened to a friend of mine. We played ranked yesterday. He got dc'd in champ select, restarted client. He got into the game when people were level 3...like 4 mins in. Not that long at all.
Got low priority.
Then the very next game we were in same thing happened...he got dc'd then client crashed right after the game started and it would let him back in and I played a 3v5 that game.
If leaverbuster uses a trail of x previous games played, and you had a lot of leaves before you took your break, then I can see this happening. I seem to remember something similar happening to me a while back.
It sucks, but hopefully not too common
