Need advice on this laptop!

I am interested in buying this laptop and I was wondering if I can stream with this laptop at 480p? I will be using college wifi so upload/download speed is not an issue here. If this will not stream league well, can you suggest me any decent laptops. And before anyone asks, I cant get a desktop and would not prefer to answer why. Thank you in advance!
