For real, it has been so many times now that I have been just like 50-100 RP short of another skin. And I know that there is a reason from a business standpoint to force us to waste atleast $5 on RP, but perhaps people would be more incentivized to buy RP if they could get that little extra bit in.

Credit card transactions under 5 dollars have higher fees for the merchants, this is likely why they don't allow them.
