I feel that there should be an option during champ selection where if a player is saying negative things such as "mid or feed" or "im mid idc if it's pick order" that if 3/5 players in that team can vote to kick that person and start a new queue, and if the player that has been kicked has a duo partner he is kicked too. Also players who are kicked from champ selection are unable to queue for a time certain time. With this i feel like it would help a lot of ranked players a lot.

Please help me get this approved

The problem with "vote kick" systems is that it can be, and will be, abused by players. Oh, you picked heimerdinger? Guess we lost. Time to kick him before we get the loss. That's just one example. Another problem is that it spreads the community thinner into a more exclusive game instead of letting everyone play. What I think should occur is Riot should have pregame chat recorded for the tribunal. Let them deal with it there.

How about this, Riot makes more public community vids like the "Teamwork OP" one, and make an entire series of them so almost everyone can watch and learn not to do toxic or trolling actions in matches. Or maybe if they always blame and rage to their teammates; like things about being "stuck in Bronze" or "my team sucks," they would find out that their teams are not always the reason for losing. I can think of a few more examples that many good people out there have been trying to tell us about. But they are only on YouTube or whatever video site; making them not too widely seen, compared to if it was posted on this LOL site.

My issues with this is that it could be abused outside of ranked. In normals if you have a 3-4 man premade then you can dictate the lanes and if they don't agree then kick them. However this would work in ranked if it had to be 4/5 to kick.

I suggested a similar idea. However,I think it would be like a number of times a person had been kicked. I have met people in queue who are the reason the queue has to be restarted about 6 times over as the toxic player bounces from team to team

I think that Riot should implement the kick vote system in champ select, having to be 3/5 of positive votes to actually kick someone.

Of course, this would make waiting times longer, and it could be abused, although abusing it wouldn't be easy, as you will need 2 more friends in the team to kick someone, and being kicked wouldn't be such of a detriment to the kicked player.

Also, ¿How about a Pre-Champ Select chat room, were everybody can, without pick and call orders, discuss and arrange the composition of the team and the roles? I always thought it is a great idea, and Riot should consider it.

The Issue with this is that if anyone felt their team comp was worse then the opposing team people would naturally single out someone to force dodge.

Nah, this is a silly idea. For a couple of reasons:

They'll just say/do something else.
Some players will LoLKing their teammates and use this functionality to boot "bad" players, creating a literal elo hell for these players and a terrible experience for anyone new to the game.
Most players will respect the pick order/calls and not actually back up their claims of "feeding". If they do, you report them after the game, they get banned, and the problem doesn't persist past one game.

one way around this "abuse" would just be to play with friends. that way you dont have to b a slave to your teamates commands and you can still have fun. a really good idea would b being able to mute people before the game starts i would love that.

I was just saying the other day that if the meta is going to be the way it is with no questions asked, then there should be buttons [top] [jungle] [mid] [support] [adc]. Of course that doesn't mean you should be forced to play any champ, like any champ listed as support as a support, but it would help clear up champion select where you have three people say fill and no one knows where they want to play.
