[Idea] A sub-community for streamers

There are lots of streamers out there that want to become better known, but have no real way of doing so. It isn't really allowed on GD, and reddit has a one and done usage of it. Since this board is more community oriented, more streamers could get face time.

With the new setup, we could create a sub for streamers that allow them to self-advertise and build up their own followings. With the supposed advent of increased modding, I also feel like it would be more sustainable, and the community is usually good about self-policing.
