What would be the most OP Champion skill combination.

I was thinking one day, just for fun... What would be the MOST op champion you could create if you could pick 4 skills , 1 ult, 1 passive, and 3 regular abilities from all the champions available. for example Annies passive Lee sin Q Shacos blink plus invis jax dodge stun Lissandra ult

Not saying i think this is the most op combination at all. just an example i thought of. just curious what you guys can come up with

Zac/Anivia passive, Alistar's Q (knockup), Fiddle's W (Drain), Ahri's E (Charm), Mundo ult. I heal myself so I never die, but if I do, my passive. Also, I can charm you into a knockup. Talon's passive (Mercy) would be OP on Ashe with her permaslow. A champ that combines the untargetablility of Yi, Vlad, Fizz, and Fiora with an Eve passive would be OP.
