so this is the problem when i play rank i enjoy doing it a lot because i see how skilled i have got over the time but EVERY TIME I LOSE IN RANK WHEN WE HAVE A AFK gets me soo mad and its so even my fault so i ll like to know if riot can have a way of making a update that in the sircumstances of having a afk in the team we wont lose any rANK POINTS because is UNFAIRRRRRRRRRRRRRR and it haves cost me many games and promo matches .
Honestly, I agree with you to a agree but think about it this way. Lets say that Riot did add the loss prevention for an afk player. Now, lets say that you are winning hard and your about to break into their base. An enemy player afk's before you destroy inhib tower. Now even though you won, they get no penalty for losing and they wont lose LP.

I was about to post a discussion on a similar issue. Just finished a game where we were ahead and our adc is crying about us not letting him get kills. To me, you need to get your own kills with your skills. Why should a team give up a sure kill for a "ok maybe i can kill him with my low hp". And the trolls for the rest of the game. Making everyone lose out because he sucked. The ranking system should be based upon our skills, not the team's win or lose. Someone can play at their best and still lose because of a teammate being stupid. Why not make the ranking system base on our kdr or damage dealt, etc. Obviously riot keeps track of these things with their new system. Maybe make use of what they have implemented.
