Heimerdinger In Top or Bot Lane Alone
Will he be able to destroy 2 turrets and 2 enemy champions alone???

A lot of people won with Heimerdinger alone in top or bot lane.

As Heimer mainer in S4-5 (I was Plat 4 in prev season) I can tell you that Heimer can't vs supp+adc on botlane. But he can be ok vs 2 melee champions.
