I've lost 15 of my last 16 ARAMs
I haven't had a win of the day in 3 days.
Its not even bad luck anymore. Something alive in the universe hates me.

Do what I do: play intermediate bots for a couple days. Play champions you never would otherwise, and fool around with them. Take your mind off of trying to win and have some fun.
Granted, it is not PvP, but you need to take a break from it some times. That, and I think if you play too much, Riot flags you for certain Queues to get you to stop playing, or get better.
I had that going on the weekend before Ascension. Managed to crash my +75 Wins down to +~60. Still haven't gotten that back up to where it was. :/
