Low Priority Queues and IP/EXP Boosts

Just today I was thinking that people who have IP/EXP boosts and have to, for some reason, AFK or they DC because of technical issues or that unholy bugsplat, should not be put into low priority queues during the ip/exp boost but after it ends (the boost), of course there will be people to exploit this, and if they do they should be temporarily banned and applied the low priority queues (maybe even more).
