A New Idea, that is wurf reading.
I only started playing last year in late oct - early nov. I know we get three refunds.. however i was thinking of if we ((The players/everyone the plays LoL)) was given one chance option.
The option to reset your ip and rp... meaning that every thing you bought with ip and rp ((Except for gifting)) would be reset back to you so all the champions you bought with rp/ip you would not have those champions anymore and you'd get back your ip/rp that you used. If you bought yourself skins it would take all the skins back into the store except for the ones you gifted and used the mystery gift on your self. Only the skins that you bought directly would go back in store or vault depending on if it was out at the time but now in vault. If you bought a boost or a bundle it would not count... it would be the same as gifting. Pretty much. It would only work on champions you bought directly with rp/ip and skins you bought with rp. Anything else like summoner name change, rune page, runes, ward skins, etc.
The reason? Welp it has been said that getting all champs would be the best option even if you may not use all of em... they can be traded in champ select. However. I'm one of the person that will not be getting all the champs. I only pick champs that I like and will use. However there is some that I would like to have in store and use the ip to buy certain champs i'd like. like Kayle... for instance... I just bought her just to buy her cause she was low ip i tried her and read lore and i just don't like her. i regret buying her.
When hitting the reset button and loosing champions and skins you bought directly. if you got a skin from a gift for a champion you bought directly then you won't loose the skin but if you decide to re-buy the champion that gifted skin will stay but if you bought a direct skin for the champ it would not stay. Also lets say you bought Fiora with your ip. You then buy a skin for her. Then you buy the bundle for her. You would loose Fiora getting your ip back. You would loose the skin you bought her but getting the rp and if you re-buy her again the skins you got in the bundle you would auto have but you wouldn't get the rp back that you spent on the bundle of course. Then all you'd have to do is just re buy her skin that you bought in the first place.
The whole point of this is that like me I enjoy the quality of the champions... how they look.. their background... their abilities... their skins... and if i enjoy playing them or if i can relate to them. I rather have Quality than quantity. There are champions I have that bought with ip that i do not wish to have and there are champions that I would like to have and using the ip given to me from resetting I would be able to do that. Now i mean I can just keep playing saving up ip and buy those champions that i want but... its an eyesore seeing those champs i have that I do not want and being gifted a skin for a champion that I do not want. Ekko Let Riot borrow his machine and zilean tweaked it abit allowing us to reset and If riot feels that could be loosing money this way then by all means slap a price on the reset button that is only limited to one. OR first one is free but able to buy another if needed. ((Which honestly i don't know why would need another but meh)).
