Too many alternate-accounts!!! Something needs to be done!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I, 3velynn, wish to speak in a way that Riot and all players of League of Legends can understand my words. For the too many accounts that exist in League of Legends are too much of a hassle, I bet that Riot would be having a lot of trouble with this. Players would likely be using these accounts for the benefits of the extra riot points and etc... or it might be mostly due to the names we wish to claim. Now that I spoke what might be given to thought, firstly, there must be changes to how accounts can be maintained. There can be many accounts that have never been used since SEASON 1. For that reason, many people would most likely want to take those summoner names. Now okay, the "AFK" accounts seem to be maintaining itself now, any account below level 6... yeah yeah, okay. Without a doubt, this is scaring many people, but it would be a wrong way to say... "Hey, there are too many accounts in this game that are not being used". There is a reason for why I say that, there is a much better way for altering the accounts. NOW, for being an account at level 30, you have no more time limit of being removed from the game, or so says your name being removed. Also since people are wanting to have much better Summoner names, there should be an option to ask someone to trade something for their Summoner name. I'll get to the account subject, but first the Summoner names:

MUST BE LEVEL 30 IN ORDER TO DO ANY TRADING FOR A SUMMONER NAME OR SUMMONER LEGEND

TRADING NAMES - yours, alternate, team, or legend... Currency - (optional) - cash, Influence Points, or Riot Points... Miscellaneous - item set, rune pages, skins, champions, runes, or full champion playset...

Summoner names: - Need a limit number for a single account Team names: - Need a limit to at most three(sort of unsure) Summoner legends: - Unsure (this depends on if riot would choose to make legends, would seem really cool if they were added, if they are, they should be added in matches.When in a match, the Legends would be automatically off, should only be able to see it if you wish to see it) Currency: - Should be in Riot's decision whether to use it to trade for names, only if they get the benefit from it or whatever it is Item Sets: - Item sets do not seem to be used much, and can be very useful if one is already set up for a specific champion for a specific playstle Rune Pages: - unable to trade a rune page if at the default rune page amount, which is two Skins: - tradable, if legendary, up to Riot to decide whether Legendaries would be able to be traded(please allow it) Champions: - yes, champions can be easily bought, but it would be helpful if one would be traded Runes: - only certain runes are allowed to be traded, selection that Riot chooses FULL CHAMPION PLAYSET: - Once League of Legends surpasses the idea of the champion improvement system, champions will be able to have a full playset, meaning that the champions each have two rune pages for every champion by default, purchasable per champion, then for that champion, it shows the names of the items sets and the ability of how they affect the champion in game, then the masteries, then the rune pages, and for the specific choice of selection. (I do not have enough information for this, still currently in the process of creating this idea myself, would love for it to come to life, badly)

Okay now... it seems that many might add on or remove some of these suggestions to trading, or might not agree at all with the trading of a summoner name. Hey, I'm just giving an idea, and many have the right to have any opinion. If you do have an additional and a nice idea that can be added onto the list, please comment on what could be added. Now for accounts, accounts can be merged only if given authorization from emails to the League of Legends site, to the other email that is being merged with, and to hold only one domain email. (to prevent hacking)From there, the accounts merge with the summoner names, runes, rune pages, skins, item sets (if added into account), team names... now after they have been added, once logging in, you are able to choose which name to play with. You do not have to be level 30 to merge, only need email authorization.
