Dreadknight Garen

i started playing league in season 2 and i loved it my favorite character was garen so i bought my favorite skin at the time which was Dread knight garen i spent 10 bucks on it i believe 975 anyways i found out the other day it is free now and im kinda bothered by it i was only 15 at the time and didnt have a job and worked hard for the money i could get my hands on it and would kinda like a refund or even a random skin chest of 975 i dont know i just kinda feel ripped off
