Report a Bug Icon

I think the Report A Bug icon looks a bit too much like the settings icon (cogwheel) at a quick glance. A slight improvement would be to take the hole out of the middle of it so that it resembles a more solid icon, similar to the ones used in Eclipse or VS for debugging.
