This still allowed?

So I'm not sure exactly how this type of stuff is still allowed. Just saw this on Facebook, clearly displaying the name of the game, and the image they used to promote it.

Someone wanna explain to me how this type of promotion hasn't been taken care of yet? I'm not sure on the legal specifics and other stuff, but usually they photoshop extra color and crap into it so you KNOW it's from league, but they use multiple game sources. This here is 100% league and very clearly Jayce.
