So I'm not sure exactly how this type of stuff is still allowed. Just saw this on Facebook, clearly displaying the name of the game, and the image they used to promote it.

Someone wanna explain to me how this type of promotion hasn't been taken care of yet? I'm not sure on the legal specifics and other stuff, but usually they photoshop extra color and crap into it so you KNOW it's from league, but they use multiple game sources. This here is 100% league and very clearly Jayce.

Its not legal in the least, trademark images made and owned by League. If League wanted to make an issue of it they could but it would probably cost more than they'd actually get out of it.

Not really, I mean those images are clearly Riot's. Plus if somebody took my work and started making profits off it I would want to shut it down immediately or have a royalty in the company, and a large one while im at it.

Getting that royalty would most likely cost more than just leaving them alone. However, I do agree...it is quite sickening seeing all these people taking things that Riot clearly made (champions, items, artwork...especially the artwork).
