Don't be so gullible. I just found a site with your first name in under a minute using only your summoner name as a search term. Hacking doesn't work the way Hollywood portrays it. Nobody IP traced you, and the picture comment was likely just to mess with your head.
Anyway, so you can stop worrying:
- Google thewolf354
- Click "thewolf354's Wall - Raptr"
- The About section shows a link to your Steam profile
- Your Steam profile has your first name and location

Send a ticket to Riot support and tell them everything that happened.

You might also want to call the non-emergency contact number for the police (whatever it may be for where you live. You can Google it easily) and ask what you can and should do.
Ice Weasel X you are a Bloody wizard. I searched through all of my accounts for a public one. The fact that it might be the desktop app I have an account on never even entered my mind. Thank you so much I panicked cuz i saw this http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=2649195 When I looked at my Raptor account cuz I was sure i never entered my name. However I had linked it to my private steam account that actually had my name in it.
