Rammus Skin Idea - Arcade Rammus

Rammus' q has made me think of Pac-man a lot, and with the Arcade Sona and Hecarim skins, I think it would be cool to have an Arcade Rammus skin. His skin would be a flat yellow Rammus body with 8-bit blue spots, and a square shell with 8-bit spikes. His q turns him into an 8-bit Pac-man looking ball and makes the sound of the old style Pac-man (Unless you can't use those sounds then find something similar). His w turns him into a Rammus Shell with a cube-like forcefield around him kind of like he has with the basic skin. His taunt could be a "LOL" over the enemy's head as if Rammus is laughing at them. His ult could be blue 8-bit ripples that come from him. His death could also be like the Pac-man death where his shell starts to shrink in a circle until he disappears in a poof. His respwn animation could be him moving like pac-man on the spot and when he finally recalls he goes through the portal liek the ones in Pac-man that take you to the other side of the map.

I hope this idea is considered and maybe used in-game. Sadly for me I don't have Rammus, so if this idea is used could I please have Rammus (If I don't own him at the time) and the Arcade Rammus skin?
