Is riot opening the vault during Christmas this year?

I've traded so many gifts just to find all my friends get legacy's and Angler Jax (my favorite skin) and me get 520 skins like Shadow Evelynn. I just would love to see the vault open for Christmas. I've recently got into league so I haven't gotten any legacys I love.

They look like they just have one new Christmas skin, so yeah probably.
