Frustrated Player, Tired of being taken hostage

This is actually my first post ever, so excuse me if I am in the wrong place. I don't even lurk on the forum. I visit reddit daily but never post there either. But, I am so frustrated with trolls holding my games hostage that I have been moved to post. I just finished a game with a player that makes me want to throw my computer out of a window. And it's all because I did not give him the second blue buff.

I need more from the player behavior team. I need to see more active policing of the player base because right now I feel like most of my solo queue games are terrorist negotiations. Player A get exactly what he wants or he will ruin your gameplay experience and waste 30 minutes of your life. And sometimes, what player A wants is just to ruin your game.

I had faith in Riot, but the frequency and boldness of the trolls tells me they are not scared of punishment. And their toxic behavior is not being corrected. Is there some way to more consistently release feedback on punishing players. Maybe it will instill some fear in the toxic players and restore faith in those tired of their antics.

I had faith in Riot

That was your first mistake.

Out of the 8 games I played recently, I had 4 afks, and 2 players walking from base to enemy turret, feeding every lane for 15 minutes.

I'd suggest you find a new game. Riot doesnt give a shit about you, and they wont change their system, because they dont have to. They still make plenty of money.
