Shop no opening

So yesterday I updated the new patch no league and I entered a game, turns out the shop won't open. It would be like a ghost my extra champion stats would open but there was no sign of the shop, I clicked aND dragged from every part of the screen but there was no shop. Anyone know the bug or issue and how to solve it?
