Who Should I Play to Climb out of Bronze?

I've been thinking about playing jungle or maybe dedicating all of my time into mastering but I'm not really sure. I have the most experience playing top, mid and jungle. Any suggestions?

Any champ who snowballs very hard or is a hyper carry.

A lot of smurfs play things like Jayce to quickly carry or you could try something like Fiora who snowballs like crazy after a couple of kills.

Yeah I would definitely say so, If he gets fed he can 1 shot carries from invis so he definitely snowballs. I just kept him out because he doesn't teamfight as well as someone like fiora.

IMO he seems like more of a split pusher than a team fighter

He is more there just to get picks and turn fights into 4v5s in his teams favor rather than do anything else. I wouldn't call him a splitpusher because he can't really 1v1 very well imo compared to split pushing champs (Jax, Trynd, Nasus) and he doesn't usually build much AS.

afk split push top. he can also tower dive at level 1 without dying, and critting early basically guarantees you win against a lot of champions.

Play who you are best with. You will not climb with any champ you are only so-so with.

If I stuck to normals practicing LeeSin for a month or so would he still have the power to carry low-elo games?

Yes, Lee Sin is still a good champion. You can play him jungle or top, so you can play him twice as much. Plus he is very safe since you can jump to wards.
