Who Should I Play to Climb out of Bronze?

I've been thinking about playing jungle or maybe dedicating all of my time into mastering but I'm not really sure. I have the most experience playing top, mid and jungle. Any suggestions?

Any champ who snowballs very hard or is a hyper carry.

A lot of smurfs play things like Jayce to quickly carry or you could try something like Fiora who snowballs like crazy after a couple of kills.

Play who you are best with. You will not climb with any champ you are only so-so with.
