What if they made a separate Summoner's Rift?

I was thinking lately that what if Riot makes a separate Summoner's Rift, where gamers that want to have fun play there while the ones that are competitive can play at the original Rift? I thought about this because lately, I've been playing with players that think they're good (which some of them are, but most are just not there) and they flame other players that just want to have fun. By making a separate Summoner's Rift can lead to better gameplay on both sides. The Pros & Cons are:

Pros ( (2nd) Casual Summoner's Rift):

  • A more casual gameplay for players that are just starting, players that are stressed of the competitive setting, and the players that might need to leave because they might have something to do that's important.
  • The players that want to play competitive can move to the original Rift, where they can be competitive and have the same rewards as the original Rift.

Pros ( (Original) Summoner's Rift):

  • They will be paired up with players that want to be competitive
  • They will still have the same rewards (same # of IP, XP, & MP as the original Rift)
  • The gameplay will be more balanced as far as skill level between players.

Cons ( (2nd) Casual Summoner's Rift):

  • Players that love to troll, be annoying, and think they're good but not really will go into these games and ruin the experience for the players that just want to have fun.
  • With LeaverBuster getting toned down for this Rift, more and more players will leave because they're just having bad gameplay and won't get caught because of the LeaverBuster toned down
  • Players that think they're good but not really will either give false advice or flame them for not playing good, which can lead to bad gaming experience

Cons ( (Original) Summoner's Rift):

  • Players that love to troll, be annoying, and think they're good but not really will go into these games and ruin the experience for the players that just want to be competitive.
  • People will still flame you, but separating the two Rifts can cause a heavier flame on the less experienced players.
  • There will be a longer wait time (it's a minor con, but a con is a con, although, some people are willing to wait longer for better games)

Now, there are more Pros and Cons about this, but I could only think of these for right now, what do you guys think?

Normal Draft and Blind Pick?

People would just start taking the "for fun" queue seriously too, as long as there's a reward and/or a sense of entitlement for winning.

The only way to make a queue that players wouldn't start taking seriously is if said queue awarded absolutely nothing for playing it (no IP, no mastery points, nothing), and well, do you really think many people would play a queue with no rewards when normals and blinds still exist?
