If you see your opponent come to lane very late (maybe because of connection issues? :O) and you are 2-4 levels ahead...
Don't be a fuckwad and try to kill them.
Be a good sport and let them reach level 3 before you murder them.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
Or you can murder them because it's a game that you play to win.
I'm sorry, but it all depends on who they're playing. I'll show mercy for someone like

I usually grant that kind of mercy.. but sometimes I end up regretting it... (This is in botlane..)
like if an ADC or support shows up alone.. I'll poke him down trying to keep them behind. but I don't try to kill them.. When the other guy comes back I let them soak a few levels before letting the real bot lane commence.
