Much needed tips for getting out of silver V? :D

So, on October 1st I managed to myself out of my bronze by myself without a duo, it only took two days after I got on my track break, since my school is a year round school. But, two weeks later I am still stuck in silver V. I generally do fine in my games, I don't feed, flame, I do my best and ward. But for some reason I just can't get out of silver V. Even today, 3 games in a row provided with a break my team would constantly just fight with each other instead of focusing on the game, and my mind just snapped, I was angry but I never said anything bad, but I was emotionally hurt to the point where I cried. So I am wondering if there are some champions or some golden rules that I'm probably not using. I play vi, fizz, and morgana most of the time. Your tips are all appreciated and thank you for reading this and feedback :D.

From my experience (silver 1/2 support main here), silver 5 is identical to bronze I. There are some things you need to keep in mind. First some mental things: @You will NOT win every game..just deal with it @No matter how bad your team is doing don't flame (this one is easier said than done) @If your teammates bicker nonstop just mute them...it'll keep you from seeing what they say. @Compliment good things your teammates do (as a support I get a good vibe with my adc for complimenting his kills or zoning or even cs) Now for some in-game tips: @Always ward with what gold you can spare. Having a ward is (in my opinion) more useful than 2 pots 9 times out of 10. @Tell your teammates to help with warding. If everyone buys a pink on your team it doesn't cost too much and relieves some stress on the support. Even if it is at your own side of the jungle it still can save your team from an ambush. I usually tell my team: "If everyone buys one pink ward, we will basically double our vision" They listen to this quote <---- every time because its true! @Always ping if you see an enemy gank or foresee one coming. They might be distracted with cs and not see the enemy on the map. Just dont ping excessively or it may annoy them. @call MIAS!! @A lot of my ranked games are lost when we are ahead because we don't take advantage of a successful skirmish and we stall the match giving them time to come back. If you ace the enemy team DON'T recall or farm jungle creeps unless you have no choice. Take turrets, inhibs, dragon, or baron. Keep your lead! @Another reason I lose many ranked games because we lose focus on what we need to do in teamfights. Unless you are a major initiator, your major job becomes peeling for the ADC or APC. As long as they are kept alive (and aren't way behind) you should win every fight. If your ADC is kogmaw KogMaw and they have an akaliAkali , keep them off him at ALL COSTS!

There's a lot more tips but these were at the top of my head. Hope it helps :D
