When a game ends can our chat text field not reset?

Its not a big deal at all really and I hope this doesn't delay serious work - no wait I hope it does! But my qualm is, once a game nearly concludes I normally begin to type my usual "gg" or perhaps even "gg nerds!" (just kidding I never use that one but its hilarious!) but the chat text field resets I believe upon the beginning of the Nexus explosion animation - anyways, just a small thing perhaps a quick fix? (that's what my girl friend said about our relationship now I'm dating a stray cat <_<)

The in-game chat uses a separate server that the client chat. This is also why they didn't inclued pre/post game chat when Tribunal was still up.

Honestly I think it's actually good that it works that way. I've definitely started typing out some BM or flaming my teammates because they did something stupid to lose the game or I really hated someone on the other team. All it leaves you with is time to say GG before you can't type anymore. It's definitely stopped me or my friends from being toxic a couple times, and honestly I think it's probably a good "feature", however unintended it may be.

They purposely changed it to end earlier than it used to because people would troll a lot in chat after the explosion.

And fix it for when you're in a premade lobby and they start queuing for a match. Thats even more annoying, since you don't know when they will do it
