Quick question if anybody knows: Are these gifts also being sent out to accounts on other servers other than NA, most specifically the LAN server.

Being an east-coaster, I of course, have a smurf on the server and I meet all requirements otherwise to receive the gift (above lvl 5, 10 skins I don't own, and no restrictions of any kind) and still haven't gotten one.

Any helps appreciated, and good pull on the gifts everyone! Me personally got Firefang Warwick, which I'm not a huge WW fan but I had to bust out the ole' WW top right when I got it (;
