Ranked Champ Select

This needs to get fixed. I sat in champ select for 30 minutes because people didn't hit "ban" or "lock in". Some people admitted they did it on purpose. Since the probation is only 6 minutes long they just wait it out.

My proposition to fix this issue is that if someone doesn't hit "ban" then they lose their ban just like it used to be and if someone doesn't hit "Lock In" then who cares let them keep the champ they selected but if they have no champ then obviously we have to be kicked.

Next step is that dodgers should have to have an hour probation in which they have to be logged in for the timer to count down.
