Hello rioters, got some questions for you!

It's my first time writing in this place so I'm gonna give it a try by making some questions.

-It's been a while since we heard of Dunk Master Darius. I played him while he was free and it was fun, so I was wondering about the actual status of the skin?

-You guys said you were going to release a new support champ early this year, so, is the guy's concept phase on the work?

-It seems like each year you are releasing a new ultimate skin (as far as I noticed at least), so, if yes, are you guys already working on this year's ultimate skin?

-So, in your plans there are one relaunch per month? I was wondering how it was going so far.

Dunno about everything else, but as far as I know there is no official word on a dunk master darius skin. Perhaps there is a fan made custom skin, but I doubt riot would make one.

  1. In regards to Dunkmaster Darius, I have to wonder if Riot is working on perhaps multiple Dunkmaster skins at the same time. The NBA playoffs begin in April, and the NBA Finals are in June, those would be two dates to expect to see the skin released around.

  2. Presumably any Support champion they're planning to release in the next month or two is well beyond concept phase. I know Rioters have said in the past that a champion takes ~6 months (sometimes more or less), so hopefully they're just working on polishing the model/animations and putting together the art assets.

  3. If I had to guess the next Ultimate Skin, it would probably be Dragon Master Swain. It's a fan concept that Riot has mentioned multiple times has been in development, but that they want to really blow people away with it. Still, no guarantees. Magma Chamber and all.

  4. IronStylus had mentioned that that's the pace they'd like to be at, but there's no guarantees. More intensive ones with dramatic shifts in theme (like Trundle or Karma) take much longer than simpler visual updates (like Annie). IS did mention that they've got a number of champions in the pipeline, some of which are going to be done sooner than others (for example, Sion is in desperate need of a relaunch but is extremely time-intensive because he needs a new kit, new theme, new model, and very probably new lore).
