I was silver 3 dropped to silver 5 because I got wasted one night and thought it'd be a good idea to play ranked and since then have been on troll/leaver/feeder teams. You're probably not hitting Gold this season 
I just checked your recent stats and looked on op.gg for your mmr.....sorry to say this but if you can't get yourself out of silver v back to at least silver 2 or 1 then why would you expect someone to join you? People complain about games and what not but I dropped to silver 3 a while ago because of my own mistakes and carried myself back up in a day or so. You are responsible for your own climbing of tiers...don't rely on someone else to do it for you. Your games aren't showing you're deserving of gold either no offense. If you work harder on what you need to do to get to gold you'll get there. If you don't care then you'll just continue to look for excuses or someone to help you.
Sorry if this all sounds rude or messed up but just honest advice.
