Riven Increasing Popularity and Skin Idea

Let me start out by saying that at the end of season 3, a substantial amount of changes have been made to the game. This includes the targeted nerfs towards strong snowballing assassins that have the potential to roam from the mid lane and greatly increase the chances of victory. With the main nerfs targeted at zed and ahri (two of the strongest mid lane champions pre-nerf), league of legends players saw a new opportunity for a powerful champion who now has a stronger laning phase than most champions and has the ability to make plays, roam, and outplay the opponent when in the right hands. The champion I am talking about, is Riven. According to LoLKing.net, the popularity of Riven has increased substantially following the nerfs made to zed, ahri and kassadin. Just in the week of 11/5-11/12, Riven was played in 69,336 normal games taking the fifth place among the most played champions of the week. From the statistics and personal experience, I can see Riven making a comeback into the season four meta. On Tuesday (11/12), Riven got 1st place in the most played champions by being a pick in 13,933 normal games. It is time for Riven to finally receive a new skin since it is officially low-risk to make one. With the potential of attracting many buyers, the new skin can give riot games a boost they very much needed.

Keeping all of the things I said earlier in mind, let me introduce to the community my idea for a new themed skin that will overshadow the likes of PulseFire Ezreal and Spirit Guard Udyr. My idea for a themed Riven skin is Bounty Hunter Riven. With a futuristic theme and a new outfit and sword, Bounty Hunter Riven will use her outplay potential to shut down fed opponents and collect bounty rewards for every kill. For a certain amount of bounties collected, Riven's futuristic gear and sword will upgrade visually giving Riven players a sense of achievement and satisfaction. What is even better is that in her ultimate form, parts of Riven's outfit will light up with catchy colors and her sword will become fully powered and extend into a full space blade.

Now that I have laid out my idea, I am urging the community to read, upvote, and share this idea so that in the near future, a riot member can see it and hopefully, the dream of every Riven player can become a reality in the form of this skin. Please tell your friends and other league players about this thread so that Riot Games considers investing their time in this idea.

I am currently working on putting together the art for this skin so that you guys can see what I meant by the description. I will add it to this discussion as soon as I have it completed.
