Riot Needs To Get Their Priorities Straight!

Well I think it's been a little over a year now that we haven't actually had the tribunal system, and majority of people that iv'e spoken to would agree with me that it's about time for right to focus on putting a new tribunal system back into the game. For the last few months Riot have been focusing the majority of their own time on putting out new skins, but what actual effect apart from making the player who has paid for the skin feel a bit more unique, what else does a skins do, exactly NOTHING!. I've heard from a few my friends that they constantly get chat restrictions although they have "not" done anything wrong but Riot will ban you if their automated Banning Bot has seen more than one request under the same category for the same summoner which in my opinion is foolish on Riot's part because as we all know there are many trolls in this community which would abuse this system to their advantage just to get the smallest fraction of satisfaction. That's why i think its about time that RIOT! should act upon this Post and any other posts which regard the same topic. Please Riot "WE DON'T CARE ABOUT SKINS, WE JUST WANT A TRIBUNAL SYSTEM".
