Any link claiming to offer you RP is a scam.

Popular streamers will occasionally offer gift card giveaways, but no, there is no way to get "free" RP with any consistency.

There is no such thing as free RP, but you can get an Amazon gift card through Bing rewards and use that to get an rp card.

You can sign up for Bing rewards, which gives you a small amount of points each day for doing searches that can turn into gift cards, but it's a slow process that takes weeks and really isn't worth it.

LoL is a FTP game so they make all their money off of rp, and its not unreasonably priced.
