1000th Normal Win (riot employee)

I've heard that for your 1000th win, you can have a Riot employee play with you. This is something that when I started playing league back in 2012, i thought I would never reach... but here I am at 998 wins and I couldn't think of a better way to break this milestone than to actually play with a Riot employee. I have been searching through the forums and Reddit for quite a while and I still cant seem to find a SOLID answer on if this is true of not... Anyways some more info on how I should go on about this from anyone would be much appreciated!
