Always get put in games with "toxic" or just overall bad players. It's causing me to lose interest in this game. Seven matches in a row lost b/c players in PVP want to learn, or just try new champions! Anyone have this issue as well???

Yes. People are trying new things in Normals. What is the point of playing against bots when they are legitimately retarded. After you have the basic grasp of what a champ does you go into normals to practice them. Ranked is the environment where most people consider that unacceptable, but that doesn't stop people from doing it either way. It is better that they're doing it in normals than in ranked.
