Why am I getting paired with Golds III/IV/V?

I'm currently Plat V, but lately I've been getting paired up with trolls and feeders who are gold III-V and sometimes silvers, but very very rarely plats. The way they play is just eye gouging, it's very hard to watch. I can't even attempt to carry with how many announcer sounds I hear (enemy double kill, etc) I can completely wreck my lane, roam and help teammates a long with securing map control. But somehow 9/10 games I can't rely on a teammate to do a damn thing, and yes literally 9/10 games, my teammates are horrible, I even use LoLreplay to review the idiocy that is of my team. It's almost like I'm playing with bronze V's on a smurf (you all know how bad they are). So my question is, why 9 out of 10 games I can't get a team who is even on my wavelength when it comes to skill? Is it my hidden MMR? (i do not know if that would be correct to even ask because I'm not sure if that even exists, but apparently it seems so). How does riot expect people to climb out of their bracket when 4 out of 5 players are getting outplayed and 1 is left to take cheap shots to his LP (Me). I just want to know if anyone else who is actually good is experiencing the same bs as I am. Frankly, there is no real matchmaking system, and if there is, it's rigged to keep you low elo. <3
