"Type 'I Agree' to continue"

So my internet went out and came back a few later. the game finishes and I get a pop-up warning me about leave buster and what not. I typed "I Agree" even though I did not want to. So I know some people have been wrongfully punished for such an event happening, but think I Riot is probably going to hard with this. What if it happens again? Will I be punished with a temporary ban or an permanent ban? I really worked hard on my account. I really would not like to work hard again... had to endure a lot to get my account to where its at... Can't Riot implement something to watch over the computer or something? That is probably a bad idea for several reasons and my laptop is refurbished so who knows how old it actually is. I have owned it for about five years now though. The thing is barely able to run the game at the max performance setting... Riot, I know you are having a hard time with this... I hope a solution comes around quickly. My account, as well with many other innocent summoner accounts, are at risk of this incomplete system. -LordCharacter
