Yea, I usually get excited for the harrowing. some of the bets skins come out this time of the year. Riot, were you too busy with Worlds or did I just miss it this year or something?

Last year was my first harrowing, and this is pretty fucking disappointing. They didn't even open the fucking Vault. In fact, Riot has been really stingy with the Vault overall this year.

I'm glad they are being stingy. I got my skins when they were suppose to be one and done... Woot I got a banner and a icon in exchange for 10000's of other people that just started playing to have the same skin. Wish vault skins could only be picked up in mystery gifts. This way it kinda rewards those that have a collection, better chance of vault skins.

I didn't get a damn thing for buying limited edition skins before they became legacy..So, not sure what Snake's talking about or if he just got some cool stuff I didn't. What's funny though is that, if i'm not mistaken, Riot put people under the impression that having those skins would be an investment because they were never coming back. I don't care that they made them legacy I want everyone to enjoy cool skins but RIOT should've never been dishonest about it. I'm sure there were people that spent money thinking they were collecting something rare that would've otherwise not been spent for legacy.

You get a loading screen border, usually. I know for a fact some of mine have the border. And how is it an investment since you can't SELL the skins later? Riot never made that claim, to my recollection. They said things were getting locked in the Vault, but not that they would NEVER EVER come back out.

Actually I do remember them saying the skins would not be released again Because before legacy I wanted Pumpkin Head Fiddle, I remember reading RED comments saying you couldn't get it anymore.. I just don't remember if they advertised it as such prior as a selling point. I think they did, but not sure on that part. Technically you can sell an account. In which case if you were doing that, a skin you couldn't get again would be MUCH more valuable.

Another point is, i've always wondered why they don't make event skins legacy or skins like King Rammus for beta, how is that fair? If most players are getting that treatment so also should the people who are lucky enough to go to those events.

I'm glad as hell I'm not the only one pissed about this. Primarily the idea of events not coinciding with real events like Halloween or Christmas is pretty silly to me. It is by far more logical to say that they delayed it on purpose than to say they're trying a new approach for fun. What's fun about unpredictable spending? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who went easy on RP spending because they knew Harrowing was coming, meaning some sweet stuff you can spend your points on.

This. It feels like they gave us a bullshit excuse as to why no Harrowing, when the reality is that it wasn't ready in time.

You can make your ingame holiday as different from the real world one all you want, but I'm always going to associate the Harrowing with Halloween. Any earlier or later and the event isn't the same.

they are making harrowing skins, it's just the theme they chose was crap and and not anywhere near in time for halloween. Honestly they should just go back to the halloween on the rift stuff they did in season 1 and move the date of worlds. There is an entire month between halloween and christmas they can use, it's not like we are going to get a thanksgiving themed event with skins.

I also call this bullshit. Don't make Halloween-themed skins and then not have the event happening at the same time as Halloween/October.

If you want to move it to mid-November and have the event based on the Shadow Isles, then just make Shadow Isle themed skins.

I'm pretty sure that the riot decision makers are the ones drunk enough to think that changing the Harrrowing event and any other holiday event was a good idea. What a joke and loss of money this decision was to them. Now I will be spending my money I saved for Halloween skins on another game I can enjoy. Mostly, it's them changing how they roll things out, but I've yet to confirm if they are planning on not releasing the old skins out for that time.

Well, the skins are there, right? Slayer Jinx, Zombie Nunu and Something Pantheon? Pretty sure those are the Harrowing skins. Now to hope that there will be an event to go with them.

They were included in the patch but you cant even buy them yet..So that doesn't count :(. No point in seeing the skin if we can't use them Lol. It's cruel to be honest, not everyone cares about Pro stuff and the skins should've been available to buy AT LEAST at 12am Oct 31st.

I'm spending them for other things like people should do because you are really sick and you have no respect for people that play the only one game that make you rich.
