Ranked Roles Broken?

The ranked queue is broken for any ad carry or bot lane mains looking to play. If i put Adc primary and sup secondary I will get sup 100% of the time. Furthermore, if you put Adc primary and whatever secondary you are highly unlikely to still get Adc. Since it's dynamic queue there is always bound to be a duo bot so it will most likely give you your secondary. Honestly I did not notice this until I started solo queuing. So unless im dynamic queuing with friends, my ranked expirience is absolutely terrible. This is how I feel. This somehow needs a fix.
